Via Taxi:
Designated taxi drop-offs and pickups are available at specific exits at the mall. Else, you can order a ride through Careem/Uber app services or call a taxi:

Via Careem/Uber:
If you've ordered a Careem or Uber ride, we have two designated pick-up and drop-off points in the mall for your convenience.

1. Ground Floor, Gate A, next to Ski Dubai
2. Ground Floor, Gate D, next to Carrefour

Via Metro:
The Mall of the Emirates metro station is located on the Red Line and connects directly to the mall by an enclosed overhead walkway. You can access the metro link on the First Floor.

Via Bus:
Buses are available from the Mall of the Emirates every hour from 11:00 AM to 06:00 PM, seven days a week. You can also reach the Mall of the Emirates via the City Sightseeing Bus Tour.
