MINIONS ACTIVATION

•Minions activation will run from 9th until 17th July 2022.

•Minions activation is from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM on a first come first served basis during the

activation period.

•Minions activation area can be visited by kids aged 3 years old and above.

•Receipt should be from Mall of the Emirates stores.

•Every AED 300 purchase, two kids will be allowed inside the Minions activation.

•Maximum value of receipts accepted per day AED 600 which permits 4 kids in total.

•Receipt can be redeem any day for the purchase between 9th to 17th July 2022.

•E-token is valid for 1 day only and needs to be activated at the activation stand before entering

the stand.

•Customers should register at the Customer Service desk or the minion activation stand

•Customers should present the SHARE ID during registration - needs to be share member

•Customers have to download and create a SHARE account incase they do not have one.

•All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times . The Operator does not

accept responsibility for the supervision of children.

•The number of kids inside the different areas will be limited due to Covid-19 restrictions.

•Face mask should be worn at all times.

•Unidirectional flow will ensure that there is not any crossing point between groups and groups

will maintain social distancing.

•All areas will have one staff member ensuring the social distancing of guests and the cleaning and

sanitization of all equipment inside set up zone. Each area will be closed for 5 minutes every hour

to be sanitized.

•Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the Minions activation area.

•No sharp objects may be taken into the area.

•No food, drinks or chewing gum should be taken into the area.

•Attendees should be kind and respect each other.

•Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behavior and wellbeing of the child in their care and

must always maintain supervision.

•All accidents should be reported to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any

necessary assistance and minimize the potential of reoccurrence. Safety of visitors is the priority.

•All damages to Minions activation either accidental or deliberate must be reported to a member of

staff.

•The participant agrees to the use of any photographs, videos, comments and any audio in

broadcasts, newspapers, brochures and other media in perpetuity without notice or compensation

by the organizer.

•Mall Gift Card, Money exchange, bank transactions, digital receipts as well as utility bills and

fines are excluded from this promotion.

•Mall of the Emirates shall not be liable for any injury resulting from an absence of adult

supervision, including, but not limited to, any child leaving the property of Mall of the Emirates

without a parent or caregiver.

•The Management will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason,

by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, damaged or otherwise, and whether due to any

technical difficulties or malfunction•

You indemnify Majid Al Futtaim properties, Mall of the Emirates, its directors, employees,

assignees and/or agents against any claim arising for any damages or loss which might be

instituted against it arising from or connection with the services contemplated in these Terms

and Conditions.

•The Management reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time

without prior notice. Any changes will be deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and

Conditions.

•By entering this campaign, the customer has accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
