1. Registration & Limits

• Registration is required to participate.

• Each user may only bind one card.

Usage Limits: Each card is limited to 3 offers per month and a total of 10 offers during the entire campaign period.

2. Payment & Receipt

• Once the card is successfully bound, the reward is applied automatically upon payment.

• The reward amount can be verified via the bank's transaction SMS notification or the banking App transaction history.

Note: The merchant’s printed receipt and invoice will only display the original price (pre-reward).

3. Definition of "Brand Boutiques"

• Refers to the brand's independent standalone stores located within the Mall of the Emirates.

• This excludes small counters or concessions of these brands located inside the Harvey Nichols department store.

• Eligible Categories: Limited to Fashion, Luggage/Bags, Jewelry, and Watches.

• Exclusions: Standalone Beauty/Cosmetics stores of these brands (if any) are not included.

4. Definition of "Luxury Department Store (Harvey Nichols)"

• Refers to the Harvey Nichols department store within the Mall of the Emirates.

Scope: This offer applies only to merchandise paid for at the shared POS terminals within the Harvey Nichols luxury collection area.

Exclusions: If any of the listed brands operate an independent counter within Harvey Nichols that uses its own independent POS terminal (non-shared), transactions at that counter are not eligible for this promotion.
