1. This promotion is valid from December 5, 2025, until January 11, 2026

2. This promotion is only valid in stores located at Majid Al Futtaim malls including Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Mirdif and Deira.

3. 1 E-coupon will be granted for every receipt of AED 300 and above, single or cumulative, generated on the same day at any store at Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Mirdif or City Centre Deira, to enter the draw to win AED 1 Million in cash.

4. Receipts will be accepted until the mall closing time, every day during the campaign period until January 11, 2026

5. To be eligible for participation in the draw, customers must download the SHARE rewards application

6. Customers must scan the receipts through the SHARE Rewards application to enter the draw

7. Draw date is January 19, 2026.

8. Draw dates and times are subject to change with or without notice

9. The winner will be notified on the mobile number provided by them upon registration

10. The winner is required to present the shopping receipt, E-coupon SMS and valid identification (passport copy and/or national identity card) to collect the prize

11. Customers are encouraged to notify any of the mall’s Customer Service Desks with their original redeemed receipts for verification, should they not receive any SMS or e-mail notification confirming their electronic coupons entitlement

12. All prizes are to be collected within 60 days of the announcement of the winner

13. DFRE/DTCM staff and advertising agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion

14. Owners and employees of the Centre’s outlets, Majid Al Futtaim Group of Companies, their suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion

15. In case a fraudulent transaction is suspected, Dubai Festivals & Retail Establishment (DFRE), reserves the right to deny a winner of their prize

16. Participation in the draw constitutes permission for the relevant sponsors and Dubai Festivals & Retail Establishment to use the participant’s personal information that is provided for publication and marketing purposes, without any liability whatsoever attributable to the sponsors or DFRE
