This activation is valid from 9 March to 22 March, operating daily from 3:00 PM to 12 AM, at Mall of the Emirates.
Participation is open to customers presenting valid purchase receipts issued anytime during the campaign period.
Customers must present valid purchase receipts with a minimum spend of AED 300 from stores within Mall of the Emirates to qualify for participation in the customization activity.
Multiple receipts may be combined to meet the minimum spend requirement of AED 300.
Each customer is entitled to one participation per qualifying spend, per day.
Both physical and electronic receipts issued by stores within Mall of the Emirates are accepted.
Customers must complete registration at the designated customization podium and present their receipts for validation prior to participation.
Upon successful validation, customers may proceed to the Activation Journey.
All customization items are subject to availability and will be provided on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.
Mall of the Emirates reserves the right to limit participation or the number of customized items per customer to ensure fair access for all visitors.
Participation is valid strictly within the activation operating hours stated above.
Transactions related to mall gift cards, currency exchange, banking services, bill payments, fines, and services are excluded from the minimum spend requirement.
Employees of Majid Al Futtaim, Mall of the Emirates tenants, suppliers, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this activation.
In the event of suspected fraudulent transactions or misuse of receipts, mall management reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its discretion.
By participating in the activation, customers consent to being photographed or filmed. Mall of the Emirates reserves the right to use such content for marketing, promotional, and communication purposes without any liability or compensation.
Mall of the Emirates reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the activation or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Participation in this activation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Majid Al Futtaim Properties and Mall of the Emirates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participation in this activation.
