Despite only recently opening inside Mall of the Emirates, this quirky eatery has already proved a hit with hungry shoppers and movie-goers thanks to its innovative spin on classic Indian cuisine.
We took it upon ourselves to stop by and ask the restaurant’s chef, Avneesh Gautama, for the secret recipe behind one of his most-ordered dishes – Tandoori Wild Mushrooms with Sauté Pepper.

Tandoori Wild Mushrooms with Sauté Pepper
Prep time: 15 mins
Cook time: 10 mins
Serves: 1 - 2
• 75gms Button mushrooms
• 25gms Enoki mushrooms
• 25gms Shimji mushrooms
• 30gms Portobello mushrooms
• 10gms fresh garlic
• 5gms fresh coriander
• 5gms salt
• 6gms black pepper crushed
• 10ml olive oil
1. Wash and cut the Button and Portobello mushrooms into quarters, then clean the other mushrooms and cut off the ends.
2. In a pan, add the olive oil and garlic and sauté. Next, mix in all the other mushrooms and toss until cooked.
3. Add salt and pepper seasoning, remove from the heat and garnish with freshly chopped coriander just before serving.
