Mall of the Emirates offers a complimentary shuttle bus service between Dubai's major hotels and the mall. Click here for timings.

Most hotels provide shuttle bus services for guests to major tourist centres like the Gold Souk and leading malls.

The Dubai Municipality operates the public bus service from 06:00-23:00. Depending on the destination adult fares vary from Dh. 1.50 to 3.00, paid to the driver upon boarding. For more details on routes and fares, visit www.dubaimunicipality.com

Cars are the main method of getting around Dubai and taxis are easily available. Taxis can be flagged down on the street, pre-booked by telephone or picked up outside your hotel and offer an efficient, relatively inexpensive service. Starting fares are Dh. 3.00 with an additional fare of Dh. 1.50 per kilometre.

ATMs - You may withdraw the local currency using your credit card or ATM card (if your bank provides global access) from any one of the 28 ATMs located in the Mall of the Emirates.

Money Exchange - Alternatively, money may be changed at one of the 4 exchange companies at Mall of the Emirates. Exchange houses outside are generally open from 8:30 to 13:00 and 16:30 to 20:30; those located in the mall follow mall timings of 10 AM -12 Midnight.

Banks - Transfers can be made easily from one of the four banks or three money exchanges at Mall of the Emirates as exchange controls are virtually non-existent and the Dirham is freely convertible.Banks will also exchange money.

Banks’ working hours in the United Arab Emirates may vary. Some Banks start between 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM from Sunday through to Wednesday and from 9:00 AM until 12:00 in the afternoon on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Other Banks start between 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM with one hour break between the two periods from Sunday through to Thursday and from 9:00 AM until 12:00 in the after noon on Saturdays. These, do not work on Fridays. For more information about the working hours of a certain Bank, Please ask at the Customer Service desk.

Credit Cards - All major credit cards are accepted in Dubai, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club etc. All stores at the Mall of the Emirates accept credit cards.

Business Days
The mall is open seven days a week from Sunday through to Wednesday (10:00 AM - 10:00 PM), and from Thursday through to Saturday (10:00 AM - 12:00 after midnight). Carrefour opens (9:00 AM - 12:00 after midnight).

Store Guide (Store Map)
Mall guides listing all stores and services in the mall are offered to our customers in two languages, English and Arabic. These are available from customer service desks as well as distributed throughout the mall in special stands.

Mall Directory
Mall directories are located in each major entrance as well as throughout the mall.

Gift Vouchers
Sold at main customer service desk across from Carrefour in denominations of Dhs 25/-, Dhs 50/-, Dhs 100/- and Dhs 200/- . A list of retailers that accept the vouchers is supplied with the vouchers.

Mall Branded Merchandise
Branded merchandise is available at the main customer service desk, across from Carrefour.

Stamps
Stamps can be purchased at the main customer service desk, across from Carrefour. Emirates Post Boxes There are 3 post boxes in the mall; ground level parking entrance A-F, G-L and T-Z. Pick up is at 3:00pm daily.

Photocopy Service
This service is available at the main customer service desk, across from Carrefour, in colour or black & white.

Fax Service
This service is available at the main customer service desk across from Carrefour, to send and receive faxes.

Baby Strollers
Baby strollers can be rented through Cuddle Carts, located on the ground level parking entrances A-F and G-L.

Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available free of charge from most customer service desks. Based on availability.

Mobile Phone Recharging
There is a universal recharger at the main customer service desk, across from Carrefour. The recharger is compatible with most brands.

Etisalat Payment Machine
Etisalat Payment machine is located on the Ground level near the main Customer Service desk.

Dubai Police and RTA Payment Machine
Located at the main Customer Service desk on the Ground Level.

Luggage Storage Room
Luggage can be stored free of charge during mall hours. Shopping bags cannot be stored. Storage desk is located on the ground level, parking entrance MP-QS.

Shuttle Bus Service
The mall operates a shuttle bus to and from a number of nearby hotels. The schedule is posted at the ground level entrance G-L.

VIP Drop-off
The VIP drop off area is located on the ground level at the North side of the mall between Debenhams and Harvey Nichols.

Valet Parking
Valet parking is available at the South and North side of the mall.

Taxis drop-off and pick-up
Taxis drop off area is at the Kempinski Hotel. The taxis pick-up area is at the VIP entrance at the North side of the Galleria.

Persons with Disabilities Parking
There are designated parking spots for Persons with Disabilities located close to the mall entrance.

Baby Change Rooms
Baby change rooms are located throughout the mall. Check the mall directory board for locations.

Lost & Found Assistance
For assistance go to the main customer service desk, across from Carrefour.

Car Wash Service
Car wash services are available on all parking levels for a set fee.

Courier Services
Services are available from Aramex located on the ground floor, parking entrance T-Z, and from DHL located on the first level, parking entrance G-L.

Fun Tours
Located on the ground level at the Customer Service desk near Ski Dubai.

Car Rental
Services are available from Thrifty located on the first level, parking entrance G-L.

Mall Walkers Club
Mall Walkers meet on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday mornings 8:30am on the first level, parking entrance A-F.
