To make your visit to Mall of the Emirates a memorable and care free experience, offer an array of services specially designed to care of customers' needs and help them shop with ease.
Visitors to the Mall can make use of these services by contacting any of the four customer-service desks, which are situated in different locations on the ground and first floor.
Information Desks are located on:
- (ground level) Gate 1 (Parking entrance A-F)
- (ground level) Gate 2 (Parking entrance G-L)
- (first level) At the Metro Link
- (first level) inside the Metro Station
Baby Changing Facilities
These facilities are available in all our washroom areas. There are also comfortable seating areas for mothers seeking to feed their babies.
Baby strollers can be rented through Kiddie Kruzzer, located on the ground level parking entrances A-F, G-L & T-Z.
Services are available from Thrifty located on the first level, parking entrance G-L.
Car Wash Service
Car wash services are available on all parking levels for a set fee.
Services are available through DHL, which is located on the first level, parking entrance G-L.
RTA Payment Machine
Located at the metro link on the first level.
Etisalat Payment Machine
An Etisalat Payment machine is located on the Ground level, parking entrance A-F (behind customer service desk) & T-Z ( near Virgin mega store).
Sending and receiving faxes can be undertaken at the main Customer Service Desk across from Carrefour.
Sold at main customer service desk across from Carrefour for a minimum of AED 50 to maximum AED 3000 . It comes with an activation fee of AED 7 and could be used at all the stores present in the mall.
Lost & Found Assistance
For assistance, go to any of the four Customer Service Desk across the mall.
Luggage Storage Facility
Luggage can be stored free of charge during Mall hours. Shopping bags cannot be stored. Storage desk is located on the metro link customer service desk located on the first floor.
Mall directories are located in each major entrance as well as throughout the Mall.
Mobile Phone Recharging
Mobile phone charging is available at the main customer service desk. (for certain brands only ).
Persons with Disabilities Parking
There are designated parking spots for persons with disabilities located close to the Mall entrance.
This service is available at the main Customer Service Desk, across from Carrefour, in color or black & white.
Prayer Rooms for Men & Women
There are 2 prayer rooms located on the 2nd level of the Galleria.
Stamps can be purchased at the main Customer Service Desk, across from Carrefour. 3 Emirates Post Boxes present in the Mall; ground level parking entrance A-F, G-L and T-Z. Pick up is at 3:00pm daily.
Shuttle Bus Service
A complimentary shuttle bus will pick up and drop off at a number of hotels on Sheikh Zayed Road and along Jumeirah Beach. Click here for more details.
Store Guide (Store Map)
Mall guides listing all stores and services in the Mall are offered to our customers in four languages, English, Arabic, Russian and Chinese. These are available at Customer Service Desks, as well as distributed throughout the Mall at the mall directories.
Taxis drop-off and pick-up
The taxi operates from:
- Taxi drop-off area at the Kempinski Hotel
- Taxi drop-off and pick-up area at the main north entrance (ground level, between Debenhams and Harvey Nichols)
- Taxi drop-off and pick-up area near Carrefour and Centre Point (ground level)
The VIP drop off area is located on the ground level at the North side of the Mall between Debenhams and Harvey Nichols.
Valet parking is available at the north (VIP) and Fashion Dome entrance to the Main Galleria adjacent to Car Park Entrance R-S, and at Car Park Entrance Q-S on the ground floor for a nominal fee.
Wheelchairs are available free of charge at all the Customer Service Desks, based on availability.
