Mall of the Emirates celebrates UAE National Day with pride.
A special exhibition in partnership with the Ministry of Culture plus fun and spirited activities for the entire family.

Mall of the Emirates, Majid Al Futtaim’s flagship lifestyle and shopping destination will be the hub for all UAE National Day festivities with a two-week program of cultural and family-oriented activities designed to educate visitors about the UAE’s rich heritage while uniting residents with pride for the Spirit of the Union. In collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Mall of the Emirates will feature a dedicated exhibition from now until November 29th, where a number of activities will be hosted. Demonstrating the UAE’s thriving arts culture, an emerging Emirati artist will be conducting a live arts workshop, painting a 2.5 meter tribute to the UAE– before audiences’ eyes. In addition, the Ministry of Culture will be showcasing the best of traditional and modern UAE culture, with traditional Emirati dance performances and chances to meet the characters from the popular children’s shows: Freej and Khosa Bosa.
“For 43rd UAE National Day celebrations, Mall of the Emirates is one of the best places in the city to experience various aspects of Emirati culture, from the arts, traditional dance and hospitality,” said Hussain Moosa, Associate Director for Mall of the Emirates. “Family, friends and visitors are all invited to celebrate UAE National Day at Mall of the Emirates, with many great moments to be shared across the nation.”
From today until - December 4th, Mall of the Emirates will be filled with UAE National Day festivities with daily entertainments including an agile crew of artists who will perform choreographed routines using gravity defying movements and lifts; a colourfully costumed marching band who will parade throughout the mall several times a day and larger than life stilt walkers greeting all visitors with UAE National Day themed giveaways.
Social media fans can also engage in some fun UAE National Day activities, by adorning the number 43 in the colours of the national flag.
