Baby Changing Facilities
These facilities are available in all our washroom areas. There are also comfortable seating areas for mothers seeking to feed their babies.
Baby Strollers
Baby strollers can be rented through Cuddle Carts, located on the ground level parking entrances A-F, G-L & T-Z.
Car Rental
Services are available from Thrifty located on the first level, parking entrance G-L.
Car Wash Service
Car wash services are available on all parking levels for a set fee.
Courier Services
Services are available through DHL, which is located on the first level, parking entrance G-L.
Dubai Police and RTA Payment Machine
Located in the Metro link next to DU outlet on the first Level.
Etisalat Payment Machine
An Etisalat Payment machine is located on the first level near the main Customer Service Desk, and another one is located opposite to Zara on the ground floor.
Fax Service
Sending and receiving faxes can be undertaken at the main Customer Service Desk across from Carrefour.
GiftCards
Mall of the Emirates has launched the Mall of the Emirates GiftCard, replacing the existing gift vouchers. The card is similar to a debit card, can be used at more than one store, fits nicely in the wallet and pre-loaded with amounts ranging between AED 50 to AED 3,000.
Lost & Found Assistance
For assistance, go to the main Customer Service Desk across from Carrefour.
Luggage Storage Facility
Luggage can be stored free of charge during Mall hours. Shopping bags cannot be stored. The Storage Desk is located on the first level, Metro link CS desk.
Mall Directory
Mall directories are located in each major entrance as well as throughout the Mall.
Mobile Phone Recharging
There is a universal recharger at the main Customer Service Desk, across from Carrefour. The recharger is compatible with most brands.
Persons with Disabilities Parking
There are designated parking spots for persons with disabilities located close to the Mall entrance.
Photocopy Service
This service is available at the main Customer Service Desk, across from Carrefour, in colour or black & white.
Prayer Rooms for Men & Women
There are 2 prayer rooms located on the 2nd level of the Galleria. The men’s prayer room is located down the corridor next to BoConcept and the ladies’ prayer room is located down the corridor next to Bombay Zone.
Stamps
Stamps can be purchased at the main Customer Service Desk, across from Carrefour. Emirates Post Boxes There are 3 post boxes in the Mall; ground level parking entrance A-F, G-L and T-Z. Pick up is at 3:00pm daily.
Shuttle Bus Service
A complimentary shuttle bus will pick up and drop off at a number of hotels on Sheikh Zayed Road and along Jumeirah Beach.

Store Guide (Store Map)
Mall guides listing all stores and services in the Mall are offered to our customers in four languages English, Arabic, Chinese and Russian. These are available at Customer Service Desks, as well as distributed throughout the Mall in special stands.
Taxis drop-off and pick-up
The taxi operates from:
- Taxi drop-off area at the Kempinski Hotel
- Taxi drop-off and pick-up area at the main north entrance (ground level, between Debenhams and Harvey Nichols)
- Taxi drop-off and pick-up area near Carrefour andCentre Point (ground level)
- Taxi drop-off and pick-up area ground level next to Centerpoint
VIP Drop-off
The VIP drop off area is located on the ground level at the North side of the Mall between Debenhams and Harvey Nichols.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is available at the north (VIP) entrance to the Main Galleria adjacent to Car Park Entrance T-Z, and at Car Park Entrance Q-S on the ground floor for a nominal fee.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available free of charge from most Customer Service Desks, based on availability.

Useful Information
ATMs- You may withdraw the local currency using your credit card or ATM card (if your bank provides global access) from any one of the 33 ATMs located in the Mall of the Emirates.
Money Exchange- Alternatively, money may be changed at one of the 7 exchange companies at Mall of the Emirates. Exchange houses outside are generally open from 8:30 to 13:00 and 16:30 to 20:30; those located in the Mall follow Mall timings of 10 AM -12 Midnight.
Banks- Transfers can be made easily from one of the four banks or three money exchanges at Mall of the Emirates as exchange controls are virtually non-existent and the Dirham is freely convertible.Banks will also exchange money.
Banks' working hours in the United Arab Emirates may vary. Some Banks start between 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM from Sunday through to Wednesday and from 9:00 AM until 12:00 in the afternoon on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Other Banks start between 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM with one hour break between the two periods from Sunday through to Thursday and from 9:00 AM until 12:00 in the after noon on Saturdays. These, do not work on Fridays. For more information about the working hours of a certain Bank, Please ask at the Customer Service desk.
Credit Cards- All major credit cards are accepted in Dubai, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club etc. All stores at the Mall of the Emirates accept credit cards.
