Visitors to the Mall can make use of these services by contacting any of the five customer-service desks, which are situated in different locations on the ground and first floor.
These facilities are available in all our washroom areas. There are also comfortable seating areas for mothers seeking to feed their babies.
Baby strollers can be rented through Cuddle Carts, located on the ground level parking entrances A-F, G-L & T-Z.
Services are available from Thrifty located on the first level, parking entrance G-L.
Car wash services are available on all parking levels for a set fee.
Services are available through DHL, which is located on the first level, parking entrance G-L.
Located at the main Customer Service desk on the Ground Level.
An Etisalat Payment machine is located on the Ground level near the main Customer Service Desk, and another one is located opposite to Zara on the ground floor.
Sending and receiving faxes can be undertaken at the main Customer Service Desk across from Carrefour.
Located on the ground level at the Customer Service Desk near Ski Dubai.
Sold at main customer service desk across from Carrefour in denominations of Dhs 25/-, Dhs 50/-, Dhs 100/- and Dhs 200/- . A list of retailers that accept the vouchers is supplied with them.

Luggage can be stored free of charge during Mall hours. Shopping bags cannot be stored. Storage desk is located on the ground level, parking entrance MP-QS.
Branded merchandise is available at the main Customer Service Desk, across from Carrefour.
Mall directories are located in each major entrance as well as throughout the Mall.
There is a universal recharger at the main Customer Service Desk, across from Carrefour. The recharger is compatible with most brands.
There are designated parking spots for persons with disabilities located close to the Mall entrance.
This service is available at the main Customer Service Desk, across from Carrefour, in colour or black & white.
There are 2 prayer rooms located on the 2nd level of the Galleria. The men’s prayer room is located down the corridor next to BoConcept and the ladies’ prayer room is located down the corridor next to Bombay Zone.
Stamps can be purchased at the main Customer Service Desk, across from Carrefour. Emirates Post Boxes There are 3 post boxes in the Mall; ground level parking entrance A-F, G-L and T-Z. Pick up is at 3:00pm daily.

Mall guides listing all stores and services in the Mall are offered to our customers in two languages, English and Arabic. These are available at Customer Service Desks, as well as distributed throughout the Mall in special stands.
Until the completion of the new hotel, the taxi pick-up and drop-off will be operated from the main north entrance on the ground level, between Debenhams and Harvey Nichols.
The VIP drop off area is located on the ground level at the North side of the Mall between Debenhams and Harvey Nichols.
Valet parking is available at the north (VIP) entrance to the Main Galleria adjacent to Car Park Entrance T-Z, and at Car Park Entrance Q-S on the ground floor for a nominal fee.
Wheelchairs are available free of charge from most Customer Service Desks, based on availability.
